Helpful for me to reduce weight and manage my diet to reach my health goals. Food logging is very easy by taking a photo or explaining the meal. Would recommend to anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals.

Great macro tracker with solid recipes
Easy to use and doesn’t feel bloated like some of the others I’ve tried. Covers everything I actually use day to day, and I think it’s going to replace what I had before.
The recipes are a nice surprise too, made a few and they were genuinely good!
