How do you get your music on this platform?
Current default app for consistent tunes. 100âs of free hours with no ads
Never experienced a free app that doesnât have adâs. This has been my go to app for the last year or so. Introduced sooo many songs to my library I canât believe I would have missed otherwise. Absolutely love Carbon
Loving the app so farâŠ
Really liking this app especially being a house head đ
But something Iâm finding annoying is that I keep liking tracks and adding them to my playlist but they have all now disappeared which is very frustrating!
Also I love Audio Rehab and have only just seen there is a playlist on here but it will now not let me open it! Seems to be a bug as itâs not letting me open certain playlists and typically itâs the ones I want to listen too đ«

Great but
The app is great for finding new artist labels etc. I just wish it had apple car play functionality. Would give five starts if it did.
Made a playlist
This is great because you can make playlist out of the songs that you hear that you enjoy
Organised and original
Love the platform as itâs well catalogued and structured. Easy to navigate and explore ⊠has aided me hone my searches to a very specific level required for my projects
Best of best
Tbh I think this might be the best app on my phone
Amazing

The best and ONLY free Electronic/Dance oriented streaming app
Carbon is great, even at the free level. But I have no issue paying $2.99/mo for the Pro membership so I can skip ads and get the HD versions of tracks. Carbon reminds me of what DI.fm used to be before they got greedy, started charging everyone $9/mo and got rid of their best music libraries. Carbon doesnât have quite as many genres to choose from as DI. But it doesnât matter because Carbonâs music selection is 100x better than DIâs and - revolutionary idea - you can actually choose individual tracks you want to listen to, instead of being forced to listen to random radio selections like on DI. Donât get the wrong idea, I donât mean this review to be just a comparison between Carbon and DI. They both have their pros and cons. Itâs just for me, Carbon has A LOT more pros than cons, and itâs very much the opposite with DI. Plus you can actually support individual artists directly with Carbon, which I thought was a really nice feature to include in the app.

Awesomeeeee
Review by veteran DJ
I have DJâd many types of venues and events and glad to see new talent through this app. Old school days were going to certain record stores before hits became mainstream and having the latest music was key to success of a dj. Thanks for your efforts with this app.
A very unique take on dance music app
Just download it, you won't regret it. It does so many things right! Love everything about it. Export function is a pure win.
Heeyyyy bin voilĂ !!!!!

Almost brilliant!
Iâd give the APP itself a solid 9 - 9.5 for design and ease of use. However, I do have a couple of issuesâŠ
1) the music offered up based on genre selection is wildly all over the place at best. I donât mean thereâs subtle argument/opinion as to whether a specific track is one genre or another. I mean itâs laughable how things get categorised (TBF, this could be the artists not the app)!
2) and I suspect maybe because of number 1⊠to use an old saying âyou must kiss a lot of frogs to find a princeâ! but for my taste the ratio of dislike to like is I guess 20 to 1 or something like that! Of course this down to onesâ subjective taste, but if ones taste isnât catered for! Something Spotify does very well with their âradioâ option or suggested tracks.
I really want(ed) to like this âtinder for musicâ app, but with these 2 things combined, the effort to reward ratio is far too low.
So great concept but for me itâs only good for a short term play out of curiosity. I canât see it staying on my phone more than a few days!
