Awful - just ring whoever you’ve booked with
I downloaded this app after being told to do so in order to manage my booking by a pub in London. It’s terrible. After trying and failing to verify my number numerous times, it then blocked me from trying again for too many attempts. Just don’t bother wasting your time - ring the restaurant / pub / bar direct and save yourself the hassle.
