Brilliant little app ...
This is a brilliant little App for Chimney Sweeps!
Good app
I have been using CD since its release and through the subsequent large update. The changes made were great, such as capitalising names and postcodes. It’s speeds up the process of data input.
It’s a great app and love using it.
One slight criticism is of the auto reminder option. When setting a reminder, for example 6 months time, it changes the validity of the certificate to 6 months as well. I would rather that the reminder is simply that. Set it to 11 months, they get a reminder then we can book in an appointment before 12 months are exceeded.
My concern is if an insurance company requires a certificate following a chimney fire etc, they will see an expiry, which is simply the reminder date and argue that the certificate is out of date, say between month 11 and 12.

This is really for EU Chimney Sweeps
It seems to ask for items that are not comparable to the US Market. We don’t have “ smoke control zones” in America. The app is not as customizable as it could be. I like to be able to create a field to make the inspection more to the areas we serve.
Try to attach a T&C file. Forget it. 10$ a month is a bit much for the current version of this app.

So simple!
I’ve been looking for something to replace my paper certificates, this is brill, very slick and the traffic lights makes it so much easier to explain to the customer between what’s dangerous and what’s an advisory. Well done.

I’ve just discovered this, how long has it been out there?!! I’ve just started using it and it’s brilliant, there’s no fuss just exactly what I need when I need it.
