Cannot use

Will not connect to Dynamics CRM. Support was slow and unable to provide a workable solution. Seems to not care to fix the glitch either. Useless if I cannot connect to CRM

Impossible to make it work properly

An app which is supposed to make you win time and which finally make you lose more. Support does not fix the issues.
