Horrible So Far

So far this has been a horrible app. It cannot identify a pretty significant card. 2013 Aaron Judge Bowman Chrome refractor. First scan came back as 2017 Aaron Judge. Second scan came back as 2024 Aaron Judge. At least the scanner recognized it is Aaron Judge. The pictures in those three cards a completely different. Really regret paying for the lifetime subscription.

Does not work

Got app. Paid price. Does not work. “High Demand right now..” is the message I get. Will seek refund via American Express because there is no help/contact function on the app that I can find.

Response from developer

Wrong years

Does not come up with the right years of the cards

Response from developer

We hear you, and we are truly sorry for the frustration. Getting the correct year is crucial for sports cards, and we want to get this fixed for you. Could you please send a quick email to our support team at info@blueberrywebs.com with the names or photos of the cards that showed the wrong year? Could be a LOT better

I thought the lifetime membership, thinking the AI scanning component would help me catalog my collection. The AI is not always correct, so as I go to find a way to search for cards manually I realize there is no manual search!

Ways to improve:
1 - Make searching manually possible.
2 - Make away to import a collection (excel, csv, etc.) for folks trying to migrate their info.
3 - Make it do you have 7 days to cancel and refund if you are not happy with the product!
