Regarding contact access, permission is requested only to add scanned contacts to your phone when you choose that option. We take privacy seriously. Please update to the latest version and try again. Crash and burn
I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, only to find that none of my contacts were there and that there was no option to sign into my Zoho account to reconnect it. I want to keep all my integrated apps in the Zoho universe, but this is pretty hard to take.
App always crashes

Serious scanning bugs
There is no ability to tell the app to flip the scan right side up and have it try again to populate the fields. This seems like an obvious feature, and a big miss.
These are serious scanning errors. I can’t believe Zoho would release such a poor product that barely works. I’ve got to find something else that don’t drive me crazy.
