Unusable

Found a Reddit forum recommending this app. Using newest iPhone and when scanning cards it brings up different versions of the card. The text based scanner option seems to glitch out and doesn’t show the outline to scan card within it. App is basically useless at this point.

Response from developer

We’re truly sorry 😞 This is absolutely not the experience we want for our users. We’re actively working on improving card recognition and preparing a new version of the app with updates to make scanning more accurate and reliable. Please contact us at support@appsmartcore.com with details about the cards you were scanning, along with a screenshot and your device model if possible. We’ll investigate this and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Dosent work.

every time I try to scan a card, it does not work or it shows a different card no matter the lighting or the place I put it in sometimes it just will not work saying that it’s not in focus or something along those lines. I was excited to try this because most of the other ones you have to purchase to even scan a card, which is insane to me, but this one unfortunately did not work, but I wish it did

It keeps crashing when viewing cards

I’ve scanned about 50 cards and saved them to my collection so far and had no crashes, but then I hit 50+ it keeps crashing

Response from developer

Pokémon report

I know you’re probably not gonna listen to this report but if you do, I’m asking you why. why when I scan my Dudunsparce ex it didn’t do It instead it showed four others they were not mine. Please another modification or a problem I found was that it cannot scan cards that are in Japanese. I hope you find this report useful and take into consideration my requests
thank you bye.

Response from developer

Thanks for the detailed report! 😊 We really appreciate you taking the time to share this. We're looking into the scanning accuracy issue with Dudunsparce EX and the incorrect card matches. We’ve recently released a big update with scanner, UI, stability, and collection improvements, so we’d love for you to try the latest version. As for Japanese cards, we currently don't have a reliable data source for them. We're actively working with partners to build our own database, but it's a complex process that will take some time to get right. Your feedback is super helpful and we're definitely taking it into consideration! If you run into any issue, our 24/7 human support team is always here at support@appsmartcore.com. 🙏

Liars

It is taking forever to find a game that can tell you the prices of the Pokémon you have this game says that’s exactly what they offer but they don’t and the worst part. They can’t even track Pokémon cards that are out of the boundary. If you wanna add that to your list too bad don’t get this game and make the mistake I did.
