Card Work turns a standard 52-card deck into a complete workout — no gym, no equipment, no excuses.
HOW IT WORKS
Each suit maps to an exercise of your choosing. Each card tells you how many reps — or seconds — to complete. Draw a card, do the work, flip to the next. Finish the deck, log the time.
RED DECK / BLUE DECK
Configure an Upper Body deck and a Lower Body deck independently. Each has its own exercises, time multiplier, and Joker challenges. Switch between them in Settings or let the app pick automatically based on your weekly plan.
TIMED EXERCISES
Mark any suit as timed and the card value becomes seconds. A 7 of Hearts = 7 seconds — multiplied by your Time Multiplier. Crank the multiplier up to increase intensity, dial it back on recovery days.
WILD CARDS
Drawing a Joker triggers a special challenge. Set your own Joker exercises in Settings. They don't follow the normal rules — make them count.
WEEKLY PLAN
Assign Upper Body, Lower Body, or Rest to each day of the week. Card Work auto-selects the right deck when you open it on a workout day. You can always override it for a one-off session.
WORKOUT HISTORY
Every completed session is logged with your time and card count. Your best full-deck time is tracked and displayed so you always know what you're chasing.
