Sorry about this experience. We are aware of an issue in this version that can prevent the card from scanning correctly. This is not how the app should behave. A fix is already in progress, and we appreciate you taking the time to report it.

Scanning Object Issue

This is the same problem as others have highlighted. I keep trying to take a photo of a playing card or business card but the app keeps asking me to ‘try again’

Couldn’t scan card

It wouldn’t let me scan a playing card, I fixed the lighting, I changed the card, it still won’t work, please fix this
