Initially downloaded the app and Trial version. Needed the premium to check out the advertised features but never used after first day.
Then BAM!! 6 months later after forgetting the app was there (OS actually uninstalled it) I find a $99.99 charge on my card.
The company explained the legalese of their subscription policy and graciously offer a 25% refund.
Think hard before getting into any commitments with this Company!!

Shady Company
Don’t bother with this app. The company that runs it is nearly impossible to get ahold of and they’ll continue charging you even after you’ve cancelled your subscription. I contacted them via email to cancel in February and was just charged $100 for “automatic renewal” on June 7th. Now they’re refusing to refund the full amount, even though the error is on their end and I’ve provided them documentation multiple times. It’s not worth the headache to even start.

App is great with good food selection/ recipes. Would be great if there were more South Asia food options too to better control per local taste

Responsive customer service
This app does not appear on your subscription list. Be aware that the subscription must be managed in the app itself. When I contacted customer service for assistance they were very responsive and accommodating.
Avoid at all costs
Even after you have unsubscribed they go ahead charge a new subscription including additional services not signed up for.
It improved my numbers
Started end of October 2025. Stuck to food plan about 90% of the time. No hamburgers, beef, chilly dogs, fried chicken, ice cream unless I was out to lunch and then I was careful. My total was 210 HDL when I started and 182 in April 2026. LDL went from 130 to 90. Normal across the board. I was more relaxed in the last month but still ate and measured food.thrilled. I think I will stay on it for a while longer. I have had lobster, blackened salmon, profiteroles, fried fish with chips, corn, beef sandwich, sandwiches, but not an awful lot only on occasion.. Anybody who’s a little disciplined and can spend the money on raspberries blueberries Chia seeds, should definitely do it. No drugs, people no drugs.

Shady business practices.
This company makes it a nightmare to cancel. They never send invoices or any kind of billing notices. The cancellation process is daunting at best and borders on ridiculous.
Don’t bother
Pointless app. Renewal costs are extortionately high.

They charge your account without you ever have used their services.
Beware of lack of cancellation confirmation
2 1/2 years ago when I canceled the subscription to this app, because of lack of use, I never thought about it again until I noticed a $99 charge on my credit card. While researching THAT charge I happened to go back a year and found another $99 charge. There were never any renewal notices. Be sure to get a cancellation confirmation or credit card company can’t help you dispute the charges. Per American Express.

Fraudulent charges
They charged me over £100 with an additional £33 charge which they refused to explain. I cancelled my subscription and they still charged £133. BEWARE!! I asked for a refund and they refused. DO NOT DOWNLOAD. They took the money from my bank despite me cancelling subscription.
Stay away
It’s all about taking your money. When you cancel they will tell you that you should have canceled 48 hours before the due date and keep your money, just like they did to me. I would stay away.

This company signs you up for a subscription when you order meal plans. After contacting Support on several occasions they have supplied a full refund.

Caution
You download this app, complete the questions and then realize it’s $24.99 to join. You think I’ll try this out only to find that it was’t for you, you delete the app cancel this subscription only to be charged $99 six months later. It’s deceiving!
It improved my numbers
My chol was 208 in Nov 2025 now 1/29/2026 that number is 188. My LDL was 130, that is why I did this app, my doctor kept saying ‘start eating better’ and the 130 was an alarm for me. That went to 107. I am substituting things, adding cilantro and tomato instead of figs when I never have figs

Be careful if you decide to download this app. It does Not show up in your Apple ID therefore they sneak in a charge for $100 every six months. keep an eye on this one. I guarantee it’s not worth it.
