Whether you are recovering from a cardiac event, or simply doing a regular workout, Cardiac Rehab will help you visualize how your heart handles the stress. On your Apple Watch you will see real-time chart of most recent heart rate readings along with calories burned and distance walked. On the phone you will also find real-time histogram of the most recent readings. STORE DATA IN ICLOUD Your heart rate is taken approximately every 5 seconds. Complete set of workout data is stored in iCloud and synced between your devices. In the History area you can visualize the workout data as well as export the full list of heart rate data to your iCloud area in csv format. ORGANIZE WORKOUTS Workouts are organized in sessions. Sessions are completely customizable, and you can choose your own name and description. Drag to sort sessions. Inside session drag to sort workouts. You can move a workout to a different session.   CREATE ASSOCIATIONS Create color coded tags to attach to workouts if needed. Tags may be helpful for reporting. A workout may have more than one tag. REPORTING Several reports are available to analyze your progress in time. Report queries can be filtered by tags. APPLE WATCH APP Right on your wrist - start, pause and resume your workout, see your current and recent heart rate graph, as well as calories burned in real time. YOUR DATA - STRICTLY PERSONAL Very important: have complete peace of mind over your privacy. The information you save belongs to you. Cardiac Rehab is extremely handy with user friendly interface and useful functionality – whether you are walking, cycling, or doing yoga.
