The app is amazing especially because that there is a rewards site on it where you can get loads of gifts,Tours and more and also when your not able to go to one of the games you can look at the score on the app and also look at the upcoming fixtures so in my opinion it is class.Up the bluebirds

Great way to keep up to date with the latest Cardiff city news. Including transfer updates, matchday scores and much more. A great way to see results or upcoming fixtures for both Cardiff and other leagues. The app also provides useful links to other sites such as the online club shop and ticket office, where fans are able to purchase merchandise and match-day tickets (for home and away games). They also provide a link to the bluebirds rewards scheme which allows fans to access exclusive rewards based on the amount of points they’ve received on their club account.

I am unable to predict the starting 11 against Leicester because it says we still have players like allsop,kipre,Philogene and sory kaba and because it says we still have those players it gives me an error when I try to predict the lineup (Please fix soon)
Stories don’t load on app
App doesn’t function well on the iPhone. Stories don’t load and poor functionality. Not an appropriate app for the best team in Wales.

App itself is fine, but trying to manage the pre paid season ticket card is a nightmare, many times my username and password is correct but will keep saying wrong info typed in, then when trying to add money it will say, sorry error occurred, there must be some way of using face/Touch ID or getting a stand alone app

Annoying
Every time I go to watch a clip it asks me to log in which it never used to do that often and then I sign in and it says it’s wrong when it’s quite clearly correct. in the end it does let me log in it’s just annoying happening all the time.
Can’t add season ticket to Apple wallet
After several attempts I gave up, I know it’s not a network error as the error message suggests as I added a store card to test after the first attempt.
Can’t add Season ticket to Apple wallet
Season tickets arrived today (3 games into the season) with instructions on how to add a digital ticket to Apple wallet via the app. Whenever you click on the “add to Apple wallet” button it says “failed to load Apple wallet ticket, please check your network connection”. There is nothing wrong with the network. It’s quite annoying to be told it’s my fault when it’s clearly an issue with the app.

It’s as bad and the CCFC web app
It requires a call to Barclays(!) and won’t add my ticket tot the apple wallet. It’s as atrocious as the cobbled together CCFC web application!

App not loading
Yesterday the app repeatedly failed to load on both my iPhone 8 and iPad mini, so I was unable to watch the live stream of the game. Possibly this has something to do with the latest update?
