What's New in Cardilog

4.2.1

November 4, 2026

We're on a mission to build the best health agent there is.\n\n New: Face Scan, part of Cardilog Pro. Between cuff readings, estimate your pulse and blood pressure with nothing but a short scan of your face using your phone's front camera. The estimate opens in your reading form for you to check and save. Your cuff is still the measurement.\n• Cardilog Intelligence now remembers. Tell it about your medications, conditions, goals or preferences once, and every conversation picks up where you left off. See everything it remembers in Settings, and forget anything at any time.\n• • One tap from Home: snap your meal to see how it fits your goals, get ideas for what to eat next, or find exercise tailored to your readings.\n• Scan estimates stay out of your PDF report unless you choose to include them.\n\nThis is just the beginning. Thanks for building it with us!

User reviews

Absolute not free

It is a really cool app. But I got it because I thought I could use it with ads. After 1 week, you can no longer enter readings unless you pay. No warning. Nothing. Just pay or don’t use. Very frustrating. I really wish it had been advertised as a free trial but it wasn’t. No indication that use stopped after a week or I worked have bothered. Deleted the app. I have another free one that works just fine.

Required to review before accessing?

App requires me to post a review before I even access the app…definitely suspect!

Response from developer

Cardilog never asks for a review before you can access the app. We'd genuinely love to understand what you saw though. Could you share a screenshot or any extra detail so we can look into it? support@cardilog.app

Free BP monitor

I just wanted a free BP monitor. After typing in all my info, I got nothing.

Response from developer

Hi, thanks for the feedback. Just to clear this up: Cardilog is a tracking app, not a BP monitor. No phone app can measure blood pressure without a physical cuff, so you'll need a device to take readings, and Cardilog logs them, finds patterns, and produces doctor-ready PDF reports.

FAQ

Does Cardilog measure blood pressure?

Cardilog does not directly measure blood pressure. It records and charts readings from blood pressure cuffs that you type in or sync via Apple Health. The Face Scan feature provides an estimate between cuff readings, which is clearly marked as an estimate.

Which blood pressure monitors work with Cardilog?

Can I share my blood pressure readings with my doctor?

Yes, you can easily share your readings. Cardilog allows you to create a PDF Blood Pressure Report for selected dates, which can be sent via email or any other sharing app on your phone.

How accurate is the Face Scan feature in Cardilog?

The Face Scan feature provides an estimate of pulse and blood pressure between cuff readings. The app clearly marks these results as estimates, and your cuff readings remain the primary measurement for accuracy.
