After checking and confirming the balance on the card and submitting it to this platform the platform told me the card has been used meanwhile the balance was showing there still after a while it got wiped off. I texted an agent and this is what I got “I provided you with the official records. You should trust me. If you don't trust me, why did you come to me in the first place? I'm a platform customer service representative. Everything I say is based on facts.”
This isn’t the first time. If I had a better platform I’d delete this asap.

As time goes on you will load a new card and they will tell you it’s a used card … it hasn’t happen one or twice .. even cards you just made someone get you from the shop they will tell you it’s a used card … another time I had to chat with customer service before they did refund my money … there are thieves on there

Very bad experience
Read my review before you download this app … Yesterday which is august 6/8/2026 I uploaded apple gift card worth of $50 … after some minutes I got a notification that my order has been cancelled because the gift card has already been used .. my friend sent me the gift card after 5 minutes he purchased the gift card at Walgreens … I had the receipt and activation receipt.. I contacted their customer service.. no help .. that’s when I know they have ripped me off
