Highly Recommended
I must say, the negative comments seem overblown. I purchased this app and found it to be of great quality. I highly recommend it to anyone working in the field. The navigation is simple, the images and vidoe are very high quality and the information is current and of great use in my practice. Yes, it does appear English is a second language of the developer, but the clinical and practical information is excellent. I had a minor issue with the install, but the support folks quickly solved it for me.

Buggy
I chose a topic; the discussion was excellent, but then found that I could no return to the home screen. Support was worthless; i deleted the app, and when I tried to reinstall, they tried to charge my card again.
Great app
I have been waiting for this app! ... lots of interesting videos with detailed legend and high quality, full-resolution echoloops looking great on iPad. Worth the money.
Good images, disappointing text
The illustrations are good, but the text was clearly written by someone whose native language was not English. "Inspirium" for inspiration; "see furthermore" for see below, etc. making reading difficult - needs a good editor.
