CardioTrack helps you record, organise, and visualise your cardiovascular health over time. Built for adults living with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or other cardiovascular concerns, it keeps every measurement that matters in one private place.
WHAT YOU CAN TRACK
Blood pressure (systolic, diastolic, pulse pressure). Resting heart rate, HRV, and recovery. Lipid panel: LDL-C, HDL-C, triglycerides, ApoB, Lp(a). Apolipoproteins and advanced biomarkers.
