Who create this rubbish that I can’t even contact the administrator when I have issue login in. Total rubbish and not even worth a star

A great little app, seems to be getting bad reviews do to the provider using it rather than the platform itself.
Simple - easy to use card portal
As expenses cards go, this is quite easy to use. Yes it’s not a bank account, but that’s not the point. It’s a card you can pay for things with.
No customer care
You get your virtual card and money transferred to your secondary data but you can’t transfer the funds to your card.
Can’t add the card to the same third party app that automatically gives you this card if choose this payout method.
The best you get from customer care is an automated response.

It won’t let me activate my card
Need to fix Access Code
Hello developers! I discover one bug. When I try to log in with 4 digits password (Access Code) - system doesn’t accept it.
Poor app
Could you please do away with the email access code and allow it to link with the iPhone directly via a text message? Also can you please have all transactions listed and then be able to filter by month rather than the current clunky interface.
Avoid like the plague
I don’t know why my business decided to “reward” us with this card. Either they are sadistic or incompetent. Either is possible, so it’s difficult to say. This whole service is useless. You can’t just send money to your bank account. You can’t load it on transferwise or similar. Want to give a gift to your employees? Just send them a bit more money this year in their payslip.

Dreadful
I’ve seen on here people are struggling to login. It gets worse when you do! Awful design to both the app and the website and UX is also very bad. No clear information on how to use the cards for transfers etc. I thought this would be a good service to give Xmas gifts to staff but will not be using it. Maybe next year if they sort themselves out. Terrible

Worked for three weeks and the number on the back of the card to contact them is some guy from Los Angeles number

This is an appalling app. It won’t recognise the log in details. I can log into the website, but not the app. The website had very, very limited functionality. There is no bank transfer function so you have to go to an ATM to get your money out. Software from the 60’s

Scam
This app asks for a ridiculous amount of personal information to even be able to use it at all, even to send $20 and they will keep your money and be very rude over messages. Just use PayPal it is a thousand times more secure, easier faster and better in every way and they don’t ask for verification. If it’s something you don’t want to use PayPal for just use bank transfers. This DOES NOT make anything easier like you might think it should. They require more personal information than it takes to get on govern support. They are probably stealing people’s personal information because they literally need more information than the government has.

After using this app, the simplicity and user journey experience has been great.
Like some other apps that I have used in the past either lag or take time moving from page to page, so far everything runs smoothly and is very reliable.

Been scammed
This doesn’t work. I tried to activate a prepaid credit card, feels like a scam.
Not that good on the iPad anymore
Even though it’s made for the iPhone, it was useful n the iPhone and iPad. Now the login just is blank for your login so you don’t know if you’ve made a mistake when logging into the app.
I’m very surprised a lot of the features still aren’t available like bank to bank.

No longer able to login
Login doesn’t work. Possibly because second level authorisation has been implemented on the account but this app doesn’t support that?
