CardREVIEW offers a Basic Guideline to determine foul play, based on Key Criteria in a Rugby Tackle, 1. The Ball Carrier Position, 2. The Tackler Body Position, 3. Impact Force in the Tackle, 4. Did the Tackler Wrapped his Arms, and 5. Was there any Direct or Indirect Head Contact.
