terrible quality, full of bugs
I’m stuck at complete your data step, hitting the sign up button and nothing happened. Tried a few times and it’s getting frustrating. Do you even test the app yourselves?

Can’t login
The app gets as far as entering your nickname and then won’t go any further. You can’t skip it. You can’t do anything. You’re stuck on that screen. You can log out. Login again. Delete the app. Reinstall the app. Nothing works.

Why does this exist?
Can't find a way to add early bird tickets I've already pre-purchased - only reason I downloaded the app. The “shop” button just takes me to the web app - achieves nothing. Won't even let me sign in once there.
Was there any validation or user research into this app?? Doubt it - internal staff dont count.
All it wants to do is be the Strava of TC and Cardrona but with zero network effect. Don't bother. Use your workout apps and the web app to manage tickets.
