Too slow

Very slow I always have an issue when it comes to receiving the card always saying pending that will take 5 to 6 hours and sometimes I don’t even receive my money and the costumer care is so poor and rude

The only banks they support are African banks and Citi Bank, except if you try to use Citi bank the app displays a message “cannot validate” and the support staff asks you to use a different bank.
