Cards alone

I like this kind of game, but is there anyway that you can do a help topic to show how to play each one of these cause I’ve never heard of them

Thank you for your feedback! There is a Help button on both of the games that shows a brief How to Play instructions. In general Hexagon is easier to begin with and you can try this tactic to familiarize yourself with it: - Go through the main stack and move cards to the waste pile until you get one of the Sevens. Then place that Seven in one of the six empty piles. - After that continue going through the main stack until you get a Six or Eight of the same suit. If you get a Six you can place it directly on top of the Seven you played earlier. If you get an Eight you can place it in an empty pile. - Now you have two piles and you can combine them. Select the pile which has the Seven at the bottom, and place it on top of the pile which has the Eight on top. A couple of words on how to start playing Napoleon’s Grave: - Go through the main stack and move cards to the waste pile until you get either a Seven or Six. - If you got a Six put it in the middle. After that you can place a Five on top of that Six and so on. - Always when you get a Seven put it in one the intermediate piles (the ones in the corners so to say). After that you can place an Eight on top of the Seven and so on.) Hope these instructions will help you get started!

There needs to be a tutorial.

I don’t know how to play and there needs to be a tutorial. And it doesn’t let you move other cards to the pile when they are cards on the pile. What are you supposed to do?

self training

Still addicted after 4years. I’m glad my new iPad reminded me to update my review. I still enjoy developing my strategy for Napoleon’s Grave, which I play at least a few times a day, and I still enjoy Hexagon at least a few times a week. As a VoiceOver user, I’ve used these games to help me become more proficient with the touch screen on the iPhone and iPod touch, and, sure enough, now it’s helping me learn about space on my iPad’s screen. Thank you for a fun, stable app that keeps me interested in learning at my own pace.

Blind lady bug

This game is a lot of fun
I am a blind player and it only took me a few minutes to figure out how to play this game
It works great with voiceover on my iPhone

Great game - relaxing

I am so, so disappointed with cards alone. IM a blind person who absolutely loves this game. I play it constantly, I play it night and day, I play it all the time but with the new I OS8 version voice over does not allow you to start a new game.. I would so greatly greatly appreciate it if the makers of cards alone would rectify this major dilemma! There are very few games on iPhones that blind people can play. Thank you

Was brilliant

Unfortunately it no longer works since the iOS 8 update. There is no where to email them as it's not in English which is such a shame as it works brilliantly with voice over :-(

awesome

if you can add the traditional solitaire game would be appreciate. thank you this is a great game that accessible to blind user. i've have been looking for accessible card game but come up with none. thank you and please keep growing

Great games! More solitaire game types and game center support would nerit 5 stars. Maybe some unlockables and a leader board for fastest solve times.

Accessible and entertaining

As advertised, works beautifully with VoiceOver. The action can be slightly sluggish on a 2GS, but it hasn't stopped me from enjoying hours of fun. A few more game types would be welcome, but it's well-worth the price as it stands. Buy it -- you won't be sorry.

A Nice and Accessible Diversion

Word of this little solitaire app came to me out of the blue a few days ago. I appreciate the fact that its games are unique, and seem quite challenging--I've yet to win either. What's more remarkable for me is that this game is, as the description notes, fully accessible with VoiceOver. iOS games which can claim this aren't uncommon, but solitaire-style games were notable for their absence, until now.
I for one hope this app continues to be developed. A few more game varieties might be nice, as different solitaire rules require different strategies. Still, as is this app is excellent, and I have no issue giving it top marks.
