No notifications

The app seems fairly simple to use so uploading a picture me onto my ID card was easy enough. However, despite having banners, sounds and badges activated, I don’t get notified when a callout for my charity is made. Not good when the lives of marine mammals are in danger. When I open the app I can see a callout has been made but I am not getting notified of callouts. I have heard of other volunteers with the same fault. Please can this be fixed?

Everything is switched on on my phone all banners all sounds and stilll no notifications when receiveing messages .
