It’s okay, but it needs some serious animation updates!
The app is terrible.
I downloaded it and it made my phone freeze and forced an update. It’s been 4 hours and I’m finally back in my phone. Called tech support an stretching sent me to Apple. Apple support was actually awesome and got it to let me back in my phone. Will never download again. Wish I could give it a 0 star rating.

Ok but...
This app definitely has some cool features. But the annoyance can often outweigh that. The company constantly sends requests for surveys, and sends alerts that look as though a client has performed an action. But really it’s just a notification telling you to use the app more often… Waste of time and worse you can’t turn it off.
I’d say this is worth it if it’s free, but I wouldn’t pay for it.

Never works
Everytime I click to see who is using the app through the text message, it gives an error and says to reload page. I have talked to multiple people in customer service and no one has been able to solve the issue. Huge waste of time!
This app is awesome
If you use this app as it is intended it can generate many leads to conversion, it’s also an awesome way to keep track and follow up. And they keep on adding new things to make it better. And I have the best sales rep
Not seeing the value in this
I’m paying for a service where I’m not seeing the value in this app and I don’t see an option to update or change my phone number.
Impossible to Cancel
There are no options to cancel. The solution on the website does not work. I’ve called their tech support and had employees put me on hold for 45 minutes, dodge questions, and tell me the billing department was out to lunch. Give me a break.

TappTracker - not trustworthy IMPO
I started to download TappTracker and this happened... it asked for my email and a password. Oh, it then said they weren't valid. That's it, nothing more. No option to set up a new account, change my password or contact them for help. If they cannot get this first interface right, I'm sorry but, I cannot trust the developer. More importantly it smacks of a scam to gather personal information. Avoid TappTracker - wish I had.

No Better Way to Know Your Customer's Interest
I love getting notifications when my friends and referral partners share my app. Even more, when I get push notifications that someone I've never met is tapping on my app and see what they're tapping on! I can call them directly from the app and make a great connection about exactly what they're interested in.
