Waste of money and time

The app is broken it can’t find any of the cards i scan . When I first got the app it was great but for more than a week it hasn’t worked. I have reported the problem multiple times and no change has been done

I scanned one card and the price it gave me was off by at least 17 thousand dollars. It only took one try to prove the app sucked. Do not waste your time or money.

Useful but card scanner needs improvement

I got the subscription to look at my old baseball cards. The only problem was the card scanner was inaccurate quite a lot. Though the ai chat was super helpful. I have the app on two devices, with the same account. But when I bought the subscription it only worked on one.

This app is horrible. I bought the $100 package and nothing works on the app. Totally stole my $100 as it doesn’t work at all. No scanning works. No nothing it is a joke. Give me my money back.

Waste of money

Scan the same card multiple times get a different card different year different player. And if you get the same card twice it gives you a different price

Inconsistent in every way

I scanned the same card and got two different values. In addition, I consistently got the same number value over and over again for example cards were valued at $84.82 then I got cards that were valued at $30.61. Additional cards were also valued at $28.41. These were all different types of cards yet they had the same exact numbered value. I’ve scanned over 175 cards and there’s no reason or rhyme to wear. These values are coming from or even if the scan is even working in addition, I went on eBay to double check these raw prices and graded prices sold and unsolved and they were off as much as 300% negative or possibly 2% positive. The scan doesn’t work. The app doesn’t work. By the way if you’re scanning a ton of cards, it will take you hours on end because every card takes 10 to 15 seconds to scan. I recommend this app to nobody. It is useless and it was a complete waste of my time by the way, I paid 699 for it.

Terrible app

All the prices are wrong, waste of money, and the scanner takes like 4 minutes per card and it’s wrong prices on cards

Inaccurate

I payed $5 to see my cards values. Scanned 8 cards, the app valued them at $712 I thought that was wrong, so I scanned them on a different app that showed recent sales, the 8 cards went from $712 down to less than $180

Meh

Wish there was a free trial. Glad I only subscribed one week. Several cards were identified as the wrong year. Would be better if there was a way to edit card information if the scan was incorrect.

This is a high priority on our roadmap, and we hope to roll it out in a future update to give you more control over your collection.
