Poor customer care service
The concept was good. It's much needed. But the customer care service is pathetic. They are not answerable to anyone. They don't care about anything. They will suddenly change their policies without informing their customers or putting push notifications or something on their app. They cancel the service, and expect you to be fine with it. But god forbid, if you have any emergency, they will just not listen to it. Don't recommend at all
