Never received my Walmart card
I never received my $50 Walmart gift card… I tried calling and texting also email… no response

Within minutes of sending an email about a care coin issue the CEO of the company texted and had the issue resolved in seconds. Highly recommend this app.
I’m a care heroes user
Yes, I'm a caretaker working for the government. Don't make that much. But can't heroes are more than helpful. You get points by just doing your job which lead to gift cards for different things. There is nothing bad I can say about this company. Customer service is more than just satisfying. They try to help you like they were your best friend. I'm gladly thankful for your service.

My view on the Care Heroes App
I believe this is an excellent app. It’s easy to navigate when there’s an issue they get back with you right away. And I think it’s a great way to give back to those who have been giving all this time.

The app Care Heroes rewards you while doing your daily tasks at work. I am required to chart anyways but with the app Care Heroes I can earn points and get rewarded for completing my daily tasks at work. This app has been great for giving me the initiative to find time to sit down and chart. It’s very nice to have the extra money to put towards whatever you would like. They have gift cards from all different types of places. They are also great with communication if you ever have any technical difficulties. Overall I give this app a 10/10

THIS app is awesome! I get to earn points to redeem for gift cards just by doing my job! It’s a great incentive and I always look forward to see how many points I eared at the end of the pay period. It’s easy to navigate and very user friendly. I definitely give this 5/5 stars!

I see this incentive as being very helpful and motivational for people who are in such a high physically and emotionally demanding environment. having these incentives and the way that they are located and what specific areas they are every day activities makes you feel noticed and feel like you’re being appreciated.

This is a great incentive program through our job that is offered. When we do something great in our company, we get recognized for it by receiving care hero coins. Once they add up to a certain amount, you can trade them in for a gift card I have done this multiple times and I love it. I think the app is great and also their customer service is awesome. I needed assistance cashing in on all my care, hero coins, and they contact to me via text and got it done in less than five minutes I give the app a five out of five rating.

Great Perks
So far this is my favorite app to use. I've redeemed 3 giftcards so far for walmart and thats helped me alot when it came to groceries. Its amazing to see that my work doesn't go unnoticed and is well appreciated. I haven't been a caregiver long but to see the points every day and knowing my patients leave a good reviews makes me wanna get even more involved in this industry. I love the company I work for and my patients are the best. I couldn't ask for more. I love getting rewarded for something I love doing. Not to mention the customer service is great and I appreciate everyone. ❤️

Care Heroes Review
I have earned and attempted to redeem three “rewards.” Only one was ever actually delivered. I have emailed “customer service” including screen shots of what I had earned that was never delivered, spoken on the phone with a woman who said she was the creator and CEO, and texted with this woman to inquire. First, she said she would fix it. Nothing happened. Then she simply didn’t reply.
Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. At this point it’s not about any gift cards. It’s about the lack of professionalism and lack of “keeping your word.”
