Just awful!
Not easy to use. No examples for outcomes or interventions. Absolute waste of money. Would have given it 0 starts if I could.
great for building plans
Simple, well organized. If you know what you want in your plan, it’s easy to get in. And you can save and reuse plans so it gets easier each time. Easy to customize plans for patients. Not just for nurses.
