Care4AD Mobile

This app is designated for the Care4AD clinical trial with Baylor College of Medicine. Care4AD is a care coordination and management platform designed to support the needs of older adults living independently through an engaging tablet companion. The platform enables aging in place and activities of daily living management for older adults, including individuals with dementia. The Care4AD Mobile App can be downloaded by multiple care partners to seamlessly connect with a Care4AD Companion Tablet user. All care partners can conveniently communicate within the app about care, monitor medications and appointments, and connect with the person being cared for. Highlights: - Manage the daily activities of your loved one to support healthier, happier living - Schedule and monitor daily tasks with smart reminders to assist your loved ones to maintain their independent living - Monitor task completion and receive real-time notifications when important activities are missed - Enable push notifications when essential activities - such as medications - are missed - Initiate video calls, share photos, and communicate with loved ones - Invite others in your support system to join your care group using a convenient, secure share code - Ensure critical information doesn't get lost in everyday communications by communicating in-app with other members of your care group
