Can you add notifications?
I love this app. It’s great I can log in and see the carers reports and leave messages for the care company. However is there a way of getting notifications? For example a notification that a carer has just submitted a report, or that the office staff have replied to a message?

I’ve been using the family app and as a daughter who is not local this gives me the reassurance that I can keep track on who is coming, what times, read daily reports etc. it’s amazing what you can access on the family app I am truly thankful for this platform
Brilliant
The Careberry family app is very efficient to use. You can track and follow any service reports written by the carers which gives a sense of reassurance. The communication tool is useful and you can contact the care provider with any issues you have and any changes you want made to the care provided. It is amazing and has many great features.

Not working
Cannot use it now, as it won’t let me log in, have deleted and downloaded it umpteen times. So useless now.

After messaging the developer, I received a fast and really helpful response by email. The app has now been updated, and is working as it should. Thank you!
