Allow Users to Customise or Change Sound in Notifications
Hi Care Captain,
My name is Vanessa and I am a happy user of your product.
As your App is a notification centre to let me know when a new job is sent out, it’s important for me to respond quickly.
My request for myself and future users is to have the choice to customise or change notification sounds to prompt me to answer quickly.
This will enable me to accept the notifications quickly, and the messages to stand out from other messages, so I don’t miss out on future job opportunities.
I hope this is possible, as I have spent time talking with Apple this morning and they said many apps have this functionality.
I believe it will add to the value and functionality of this app.
It will also enable to give you a 5 star rating.

Notifications aren’t working
I’m not sure why but my phone started doing notifications originally after downloading but now it won’t so is real pain when constantly missing out on job notifications. I’ve tried everything and all my notification settings are turned on- crazy!
