Finding the RIGHT provider to enter into a home and support your loved ones can be a daunting challenge. Craig at CareClic is clearly "called" to do this work. He exceeded my expectations from the initial home visit, and his ongoing customer service demonstrates he really cares about his clients. He's been extremely responsive to any and all of my questions and concerns; he's kept me up-to-date and in the loop as to how things are going on a day-to-day basis; and he's generously shared informational resources to help support our family. It was no surprise to me that the home health aide Craig assigned to work with our family was absolutely excellent. Living out of state and knowing that Care Click was on the job provided me with enormous relief and peace of mind, and critically needed support for both my father and his wife. I'd recommend Craig and his employees without hesitation.

We needed live-in care for our elderly aunt, after she finally got home from hospital after hip surgery. Preventing a fall injury and possible readmission to hospital was important. Our search for a home caregiver experienced in fall prevention for seniors led us to CareClic. The home-care agency assigned our aunt 24-hour caregivers well trained in fall prevention and everything else she needs. Highly recommended.
