Poorly Constructed Healthcare App

Spam of 5 star reviews all from three years ago.
I put in my details and an error pops up stating that I’m not in their records - although I just called the insurance company to verify.
If you malform the information it gives back the same error, so the errors are useless.
Also, trouble putting in date of birth as it gets stuck in the bottom of the screen - same as another reviewer.

How in the world does this app get 5 stars?

I can’t even register. I had to find out how to enter my date of birth because it was buried in the lower right hand corner of the screen. It won’t find my info because it’s not capable of finding names that have spaces in it. The interface is horrible.

Excellent
