Better before the update
This app was better before rhe update when the parents had to get a code to sign instead of just signing when they came to get their children on friends because some parents don’t know how to use the phone to sign it. And it would be easier the way it was begore so they csn do it from my phone and itbwill be much smoother.

Needs alot of updating
I’m a provider and this app gives me issues everyday none of my timesheets are on time can never see my pay everything glitches I hate that everything went over to this app. And it’s to many tabs it needs to be more straight forward.

I keep getting told I have documents ready to view and everytime i go into my app even the website it’s not allowing me to see any documents and none are even showing up i’ve tried to update the app but no updated is needed im so frustrated
Who is accountable for this? They ought to feel embarrassed for giving the green light to the launch
This app is not user-friendly for parents. I'm not receiving any documents or notifications needed for parents to sign, which is extremely frustrating and causing delays in getting providers paid. At this rate, I may have to revert to manually completing and signing paper timesheets. It's baffling that this app was developed in such an inconvenient way that makes it hard for parents to navigate. This situation is affecting people's time and finances. The app needs a complete overhaul to enhance usability, or it should not be recommended to parents and providers, especially when financial matters are impacted by its difficulties.

Excellent customer service
Product support help me to log in, and with all the questions I had. They updated the profil, and everything is ready to use my account now.

Even after updating I’ve never had any problems with the app it’s so easy and convenient to use.
Don't like the new update
Once I was completing my timesheet and was ready to submit, it won't allow me to open up the app to do my signature and also the parent signature I do not like the new upgrade of this app. I like the old version I didn't try several ways I didn't maneuver my way through this app continually to keep looking to see how Sign my timesheets and it's not allow me to open up their place to sign the timesheets nor to submit them fix this situation. Fast is causing a problem.

Bad app
Users need to keep updating the app otherwise you can’t sign in. Too many updates needed. Not user friendly for older people. Not user friendly for parents who rush to drop their kids off to school.

Unable to sign in after update
I tried to sign in so many times and even after changing the password 3 times, it says invalid. It is so frustrating.
Cannot login after update
Love this app but new update does not allow for parents to login. I had to create a new password but when I enter my new password, the app says invalid username/password. Please fix ASAP!
