Great simple app that lets us enjoy our little ones memories and chat with teachers
Basic app without needed features
Our daycare recently switched from a fairly popular and robust app to CareDay.
Sadly we lost several features including the ability to like a photo, download photos that our child appears with others, capability to send images to the teachers etc.
There is also a randomized 6 digit code to memorize for checkin/out.
The most frustrating error is the loading of photos and videos. It takes an incredibly long time to download, and some of them never do.
I wish luck to these developers, but this app is not ready for user consumption yet, they could learn a lot from the more established daycare apps and what features are important to the parents.

Buggy
For the most part I love this app. It’s easy to read updates and provide them. However, the bugs as of late have become very frustrating. Especially when it comes to pictures not loading and the app kicking you out randomly. Hopefully this can get fixed soon to improve the app.
Poorly Designed and Extremely Buggy!!
I’m pretty shocked that daycare’s would choose to use this app over others on the market. Although there are some helpful features, the app is extremely buggy and doesn’t work a lot of the times like you would expect and rely on an app used in the childcare space. Lots of app crashing, no ability to add attachment to messages, pictures and videos frequently only load a black screen, unnecessary internal passwords, and poorly designed UX organization. Very disappointed that my son’s daycare chose this app over much better options. Keep scrolling in the App Store.

not what it needs to be
this app is not developed enough, just about nothing works smoothly, it crashes constantly, photos never upload, parents can't check in, message notifications never show up. the ideas are there but they are not executed properly and need lots of fine tuning. Simply not efficient for being a childcare app.

Great app, but buggy
Let me start by saying, I really enjoy this app! It helps me stay up to date with how my child is doing at daycare. I love the amount of detail and tracking functionality.
However, the app crashes daily (ex. when scrolling through pictures). It also sometimes will not let me book a spot if it is on the same day - if this is intended, some kind of notice with the phone number to call, etc would be helpful.

CareDay is top notch!
CareDay has proven to be an invaluable tool for administrative management. Its ease of use greatly facilitates daily operations, particularly when overseeing multiple facility locations.
Great App!
This is a wonderful app, I have used quite of few daycare apps and this by far is my favorite. I really appreciate the chat feature, it makes it super easy to communicate with my daughter’s teachers.

CareDay is such an amazing app, it is so helpful for childcare providers! It makes everything easy - scheduling, parent communication, and daily child reports. Truly couldn’t find a better app out there!

I have used a few of these apps as we moved daycares but hands down this app is the simplest one I’ve seen by an order of magnitude. You would think having a single feed for all your kids would be a no brainer. Wish more places had apps like this one.

Child Care Communication
This is a great app to help educators keep all information organized for each child’s day and communicate it to parents! I especially love all the curriculum features with having the ability to tag photos of the activities to the descriptions that are inputted by our administrators!
