User reviews

App is NOT user friendly

Devs please work on improving the quality of this app. The experience of using this is stressful.

The app is very difficult to use, and it's hard to get in touch with the sitters I'm interested in.

Good application but spamming with emails and calls

Too many
Difficult to stop

Service is great but app needs work

CareFinder does the job in terms of connecting you with quality local babysitters in Japan. But the functionality of the app itself is sluggish, clumsy and not intuitive at all. I hope CareFinder can upgrade their app so it is more streamlined, and doesn’t take so long to load between tabs etc.
