The app is so broken. UI Elements just floating up the screen.

I am trying to use the app and it appears it is not working. I tried calling the customer service and was on hold 45 minutes. Just started Medicare advantage plan and so far I am not impressed.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Have not been able to long in for months. When I sign in it goes to an error message and says contact support
Can’t get in after using it for a year! Called IT! Useless!
Help! What is going on! Have reloaded it many times and called IT Carefirst IT, who were unable to help.

My app not working
Cannot access account
Tried calling tech support multiple times. I installed chrome on my phone. Still URL is rejected. This company is useless if I have no access and no help. Finding a different plan
Edit: after update STILL cannot access my account. Tech support is useless. Customer service says call tech support. Tried to send secure email via link and got same message that URL is Rejected. Nobody monitors the issues. Nobody cares

I won’t say it never worked, because it did. Now it fails every time. It either gives some obscure message on a blank page, connects and refuses to continue and display, or loads another login screen.

This is the worst app i have ever used. After logging in and entering the code for authentication, it has an error and cannot log in. Happens every single time and it has never worked once.

Will not connect. Gives a salesforce authentication error. Called carefirst they said redownload. I did that same issue. Useless!
Trying to login
I downloaded the app and I am trying to log in. It says they send me a code via email. well, the code won’t come through my email. I keep requesting for the code and still will not come through. No luck..!!
Won’t load after sign in
When I login and get into the app my information about my insurance does not load at all it just says “Sorry we are not able to complete your request at this time” Please try again later. If the problem continues please call technical support. I do not know what to do as I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling and signing in again but I keep getting the same error message.
