Horrible, truly horrible, whyyy??
What is the point of this truly horrible 17 year old app?! Can’t even create an account, buttons don’t work, it’s utterly pointless. The website isn’t much better so forget doing anything online with this pharmacy. Hey Carefirst, welcome to the 21st Century where you can buy a premade app and customize it, heck make your own using a template or awful Canva… it would still be better than this garbage. Customers want to be able to check their Rxs online and maybe even message the pharmacy at times that are convenient. You should trash this app and work on your website if you’re not going to have a functional app and your website stinks (FYI it’s the way customers first check you out, leaving a terrible impression!). Just yuck.

Nothing Works
Nothing works except to find the pharmacy or call it. Create profile doesn’t work. Pharmacy that no longer works exists still listed.
Unusable App
App uses white lettering on white background when submitting a new Rx so you can’t see what you’re typing. When trying to set up a profile, selection for DOB is also white lettering on white background so you are unable to choose a birth date. App is not usable.
Poor user experience
There are a lot of design errors on the app that prevent it from working well, including white text on white background when requesting a refill. I’d recommend hiring someone reputable to overhaul the app, as the basics of it seem to work well, it just lacks polish and doesn’t meet federal accessibility guidelines, which opens you up to legal action.

Used to work great but all the letters are in a big mess. Hard to use. Please fix it!
Good design but flaws in execution
I'm on the current iOS and using the latest app version. Right now it's unusable. Script scanner does not work and when you try to enter it in manually it does this weird thing where the keyboard won't get out of the way so you can click submit, even with alternate keyboards.
This app is well designed other than the two glaring flaws listed here, I would give it 4/5 if these two bugs were fixed.
