About

We built this because we needed it for our son. For a long time, Anita and I were the only continuous record of his care. When a specialist asked which tests he'd already had, I honestly didn't know. Some were in MyChart, some in a folder, some in a year-old email. We ordered several again. Nobody hands you a system for this. Anita is an engineer, so she built one, and we ran it on our son's records for three months before letting another family near it. This isn't a startup idea we found. It's the thing we couldn't find. ONE TIMELINE FOR EVERYTHING Notes, labs, documents, photos, videos, voice notes. One private diary you control. Search it, filter it, export it to Excel anytime. LOG IT WHEN IT HAPPENS Doses, symptoms, sleep, mood, feeds. Hold the button and say it out loud. About twenty seconds. Because the nights you most need to log are the ones with one hand free. REMINDERS THAT BECOME THE RECORD Set a reminder once for anything on a schedule. One tap logs it. No forms. SAGE, AND WHERE IT GETS ITS ANSWERS Ask in plain language: what did the neurologist say about the MRI? Sage answers only from your child's record and names every source. If it can't show you where an answer came from, it won't answer. It also builds a three-page brief before each appointment: recent symptoms, current medications, what's changed, and your questions. Three pages instead of your memory. BUILT FOR REAL CARE TEAMS Import your hospital portal records and Apple Health data, so you start with what already exists. Invite a partner, grandparent, aide, or clinician. Each sees only what you allow, and caregiver entries don't join the timeline until you approve them. Share records that expire (two hours to seven days) and revoke anytime. An offline emergency card holds conditions, meds, allergies, and contacts, for the moments you won't be composed enough to remember them. WHAT SAGE WILL NOT DO It won't diagnose your child, or tell you to start, stop, or change a dose. It won't guess when your record is thin. It will say so. Insurance appeals and IEP documents aren't built yet. We'd rather tell you that now. YOUR DATA Encrypted in transit and at rest, on US infrastructure, with providers under Business Associate Agreements that never train on your data. Nothing goes to Sage until you've seen exactly what's sent and switched it on, and you can switch it off. Mask sensitive fields, lock it behind Face ID, download everything as one file, anytime. We don't want your child's data. We want your child's record to be useful to you. If something's missing or broken, write to us. We read every message. Built for one child. Yours. Basanta & Anita

Sage got better at the parts you use most. Cleaner visit summaries with follow-ups you can actually act on. Sharper source citations, so you can always see which record an answer came from. Faster timeline loading. Tell us what to fix: hello@caregene.ai
