Little value to the App
We recently were switched to this App and do not find it helpful
It does not alert when our parent leaves or returns to their home
It does not record in history that they went out or came back
When the button is pushed you speak to an automated voice not a real person..very confusing to a senior
It is slow to refresh and when you want a location update it advises you that doing that will reduce the battery life

Alerts are somewhat inconsistent.
Overall the app works well for my dad and we are able to track him throughout the day. However we have had some concerns about the alerting and app notifications. Just last week he had a minor fall where he needed assistance getting up. The device didn’t trigger and he needed to get help from a neighbour to hear him.
The app logged this as an SOS but we never got the alert on the phone when it occurred.

Cannot have two pendants monitored at same time
App does not allow for registering two pendants being monitored. Requires two separate emails and log ins. Very impractical and not beneficial for staying up to date on loved ones. Please update asap! And add Apple Watch compatibility!
