Poor performance/quality app
The app doesn’t understand the difference between 8am and 8pm. As a night staff worker, l receive a notification at 07:45pm that l need to clock in and then that l need to clock out cause my shift is finished (before it even started). The rota bit doesn’t work with screen rotation and you have to go back and forth to check who’s working when (a whole vibe to check the end of the week). Also, it allows duplicate entries; if someone is registered on the app on multiple departments, once a shift is assigned, it shows you’re on for multiple departments. I don’t know why the work that I work for chose this app over Teams, maybe because it’s cheaper.
