Uploading or capturing receipts
Agree it is hit or miss and then frequently does not upload to Quickbooks for seamless billing. Would love reply by CareTree
Glitches/Bug Fixes
CareTree works well for what it was designed to do but certainly needs improvement on glitches and bug fixes. Unable to turn off email notifications from the app or online website. Posting case notes are a hit or miss. It works only sometimes.
Uploading receipts to invoices
I like CareTree, it is worked well for my client management, however, the uploading receipts function is hit or miss, mostly miss. It’s so much easier to be able to take the photo on my phone, then directly upload it to a case note, however, most of the time it does not work and causes me more work than I need to be doing. I have addressed this before with the team, it still has not been fixed, hopefully we can get that fixed soon.
