New — Share a History Report Send a read-only copy of a patient's history to someone who doesn't have an account: a specialist, a school, a relative who needs the details. You choose what to include, an optional date range, whether to include your notes, and where to send it. They get a link by email. You get a one-time passkey on screen, which you pass on separately — by text, by phone, in person. It is never in the email. They open the link with the passkey and the patient's date of birth, read the report, and can download it. Three wrong tries and the link stops working. You choose how long the link lasts, you can see every report you've sent, and you can revoke any of them at any time. The report is a snapshot of the record at the moment you created it, not a live view, and the access log records who opened it. New — Two-factor authentication at sign-in If you turn on two-factor authentication — set it up on the web, under Settings — signing in here will also ask for your 6-digit code. You can also use "Email me a sign-in link" on the sign-in screen: the link works once and expires after 15 minutes. Face ID and fingerprint sign-in still work without a code. Improvements • A new loading animation across the app. • Save and submit buttons ignore a second tap while the first is still being processed, which helps prevent accidental duplicate entries. • Care task timers are shared. When one caregiver starts a timed task, everyone caring for that patient sees it running. • Care task lists stay current. They refresh when you come back to the app or the screen, show tasks another caregiver just completed, and roll over correctly at midnight. Fixes • Apostrophes in names and notes (O'Brien, D'Angelo) now save and display correctly in new entries. • Patients no longer appear twice in your list when you own a patient and also have shared access to it. • Several fixes to timed care tasks, including a timer finished on another device now clearing correctly here. • Families no longer see a Provider Dashboard item in the More menu. A note on providers "Share with a provider" and the provider directory now say "Coming soon" until provider sharing launches. Shares you already have still appear, and you can still revoke them.
