Saving notes is awful
Rarely saves my notes properly, updates some fields but not others, deletes some changes when updating others, just always a massive muck around. Of all the apps I’ve had to use for disability support work over the past 10 years this is the one I hate.

App only occasionally shows log in time.
Will not show me when my shifts have been cancelled.
Does not track KMs driven with clients.
