Don’t waste your money!
This app is useless, and their support is worse than useless! I attempt to log in, it says it is sending me an e-mail which is never received. I attempt to log in using Facebook and it says that the account has expired; using my Facebook ID to attempt to open the app results in the same “sending an e-mail” loop. I cannot get a refund, the only option is to cancel the subscription.

Seems ok
I wrote a 1 star review a few days ago due to the horrible customer service, or should I say non existent customer service and the apps not letting me sign in. The company finally got back to me and verified my email manually. They still blamed me for not verifying it even though their system never sent me one email to do so, even after I had requested repeatedly for the verification email to be resent. Though it was a frustrating process I'll increase to 4 stars as the VPN seems to work well and they did eventually get back to me.
