Terrible
Everytime I order through this app the time is always later than quoted. I also got an email for a coupon and when I put the code in, it said it was invalid. When I contacted customer service, they said it was as a glitch and there was no compensation they could offer (even though it was within 30 minutes of this email)

Never had a bad experience with CarHop!
Carhop is my go to app for takeout. My food always arrives on time or earlier, and the drivers are always polite. Highly recommend
We love it!
I love the variety of local restaurants. They’ve been late a few times, but not terribly and offered a coupon.
Incessant Marketing Push Notifications
There is no toggle to disable marketing push notifications (just text/email) and they’re sent constantly. So your choices are: Put up with them, disable notifications for the app entirely and miss notifications about your deliveries, or delete your account and uninstall the app. I chose the latter.
Not Tipping Drivers, using Ubers to deliver.
I had used car hop for quite a few years because they pay restaurants and higher local people to deliver. Last week I ordered with them, and my food was delivered by an Uber!
Even worse, they pocketed the drivers tip and tipped the Uber driver only two dollars.
I wouldn’t support this company.
