The previous version of the website was so much better. I don’t know what happened, but this app is terrible. It seriously needs an update ASAP. It has an option to view showtimes for other days, but it never actually works. If I’m trying to plan an outing in advance, I can’t because it won’t let me see upcoming dates or approximate showtimes. It’s honestly really frustrating to use this app. Please fix it.

Intento cambiar mi contraseña para poder ingresar a mi cuenta, y al momento de escribir mi correo me dice: “Correo o contraseña incorrecta”. También cada vez que vuelvo entrar al aplicación debo entrar de nuevo a mi cuenta

Less functional with every update.
New update; same review
Now every time you switch theaters you have to click through a pop-up asking if you want to change your preferred theater. Absolutely idiotic and annoying. I encourage the developer to use any other theater app so they can learn what a functional app looks like.

Terrible UI/UX
The previous version of this app worked well. It wasn’t perfect, but it worked. This new version is terrible! The people in charge of designing this app can neither design a website nor adapt it to be used on a mobile device. It is always glitching. The navigation is horrible and annoying. Things do not load as they should. My bottom ribbon menu keeps disappearing, rendering it almost impossible to go back to the previous screen or switch between view types (ie movies vs theaters). Dates don’t load well when you’re trying to change from the one shown first to other days, among many other situations I never encountered with the previous version. Just terrible!

This app is so poorly made. It somehow got worse after the update. It’s not been working at all anymore. The app is just blank. The website is no better.

Tan simple y tan complicado
Honestamente quienes crearon esta aplicación necesitan practicar más en cómo crear aplicaciones. Cuando seleccionas una película en la parte de abajo está en rojo. Porfavor añadenle un simple botón de back para volver a las listas de las películas. O por lo menos donde dice Carribean cinema algo que diga back para la gente saber cómo regresar a la pantalla anterior. Y arriba donde dice el cine no lo utilizan como cine preferido si no utilizan eso ahí para que el usuario pueda cambiar de cine sin complicaciones .

This app was terrible and yet they succeeded… in making it even worse. You can’t check by theatre. It crashes or freezes and you can’t access your account cause the password rest they are forcing you to do doesn’t work. -1,000,000 stars
