This app doesn’t not work. Doesn’t make sense you have an app and no one can get access to it.
App is good
Everyone complaining that there is something wrong with the app like geez give them a chance I see nothing wrong maybe ya should update ya phones and apps and stop complaining like children I was on a flight and I was able to watch tv and movies without a problem.
I downloaded the app and it doesn’t even open
For me it doesn’t even open. I have tried several times and it stays loading until eternity. I haven’t been able to even know how it looks.
Backwards!
I’ll I can say is WTH! You have an app but it cannot be used unless your connect to WiFi?! WTH. Some may not know that this airline is owns by Trinidad & Tobago, and everything they do is BACKWARDS!!!! 2018 and your app is garbage..the app gives no way of mobile check in for flights, upgrade or adjustments to your flight NOTHING. 2018 not 1980. This will be my first and LAST time flying with this airlines. GARRRRRRBBBAAAAAGGGGGGGGGEEEEE

App is horrible
Just came off a flight from Orlando. I updated the app before we left. Quite simply the app needs a lot of work. Having an app for the sake only of advertising that you have an app does not a quality airline make. After connecting the app kept jumping off wifi. Also what is the use of the app if it offers only two movies one of which is almost 20 years old and the other not far behind. Additionally, the two movies offered were not even the ones being shown on the plane’s entertainment system. This app is a complete waste of time as is so I humbly suggest that it be made both user friendly and be given good content or it be discontinued.
