CarinaOS Go: METRC Compliance

Metrc actions now tell you they're working. Every compliance action — flips, harvests, waste, packages, manicure and transfers — shows a progress bar while it runs and names what it's on ("Flipping B-2 — 50 plants", "3 of 4"). Metrc can take a while on a big batch, and a silent screen looked like a freeze. The buttons hold until it finishes, so a second tap can't submit the same action twice. Flip to Flower: fixed a selection that silently emptied. Hitting Refresh while the form was open cleared your batch selection while still showing your ticks. Everything then read zero, and "Find sequential run" reported a tag shortage that wasn't one. Your selection now survives a refresh, and if the strain has left veg the form tells you instead of sitting there. Clearer tag messages. Nothing selected now says so, rather than blaming your tag supply. A genuine shortage explains the real cause — you may have plenty of tags, just not enough in one unbroken run.
