Terrible App
Numerous times clock-in/out don’t work properly. The cursor keep spinning when you hit the button and nothing happens. Shift history doesn’t show shifts properly. I passed all training but still getting the popup asking me to complete some of them. This popup appears with every login and i have to click Skip button. Recently it started asking to login twice after FaceID login. After First login it says your session is expired, second login works. Very often the shift schedule and shift history are empty. Conclusion: TERRIBLE APPLICATION including design, functionality, background services and support.

Mediocre
Really a crappy app. Very basic functionality, but even that basic functionality doesn’t work well. Having to constantly log in and out of the app is extremely annoying and the Face ID doesn’t work properly. Overall just subpar.

Good tool for PCA
Many updates and finally it works more than not. Customer service is very friendly and helpful. People are quick to write bad reviews but not willing to give praise when it is due. Good work developer and thank you.
The app stops working randomly
This app stopped allowing access & the “forgot password” option does not work. Incredibly frustrating.

Nice app, But needs improvements
Easy to use app. But sometimes, texting shows up as a dot. Also, can’t attach pictures in text.

Fast an Convenient App
Really love the convenience to clock in and out and see my shift schedule right through my phone using app. Recent updates have really ironed out glitches that were there. Chat feature to contact your coordinator is really timesaving and easy.
Review for App
App isn’t really difficult to use, my only complaint I wish the developers would make it a lot easier to log out of it. I hate having to click the settings wheel to log out of the app. Also need to move the tabs from the bottom when my mom needs to sign she always grabs the tablet there and a couple of times she has hit the continue tab before she has sign. Other than that app is okay and as I previously stated not difficult to use.
